LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Gary Cekus/Gary Cekus Design/ZoneHockey, its owner consultants, partners, employees, agents, subsidiaries shall not be liable for the actions of subcontractors including but not limited to those providing web hosting and domain registration.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to limit liability of the above parties to the sum of the initial contract fees paid to Gary Cekus/Gary Cekus Design/ZoneHockey at the time of contract.  Fees accumulated for additional work after that which is entailed in this contract are excluded from the liability sum. This limitation shall apply regardless of the cause of action or legal theory pled or asserted.
